It's still Monday here

Thoughtful
Absorbed in or involving thought. Show us 'thoughtful' in your space today.
I barely got the last photo prompt up and discovered there is another one. Pesky time difference. That's ok. I'm just so excited to have internet service that I can almost pee my pants. And yes, I know how utterly pathetic and sick that sounds but ask me if I care? I really don't ask for much in my life....an occasional Dr. Pepper, a hamburger now and then, some hugs from my kids and dogs, a tiny little back rub from hubby, world peace, chocolate, scrapbook supplies in abundance, and internet service that is reliable. That's it. Nuthin' more. Well, there are a few other things that are the icing on the cake so to speak, but really...I'm pretty low maintainence for the most part.
I'm re-washing a load of clothes that I did earlier today. Seems I completely forgot that I had half a million tissues in the pockets of my black dress pants and I now have white fuzz all over the entire pile of clothes. Being the smart person I am, I thought for sure that if I threw them in the dryer it would make all the little fuzz's fall off into the lint trap. HA!! It just dried them on like little flecks of white pom-pom doo hickeys. Fabulous. Oh, and now I have three dogs staring me down waiting for their dinner. I can't let them smell my fear...they will charge. Must act normal, calm. Uh-oh, the wiener dogs are circling me. The "look-out" is starting to scare me. I'll not make eye contact but will slowly make my way to the kitchen and fill their bowls. Maybe they'll spare me just this once.

Beautiful place to be lost in thought.
And I like the tire in the rain - so clever.

Great news about your internet. That looks like a place where one can be very thoughtful!

This is a beautiful photo! The bench looks lonely somehow ... as if it's thinking about someone who once sat there. Very evocative.

so thoughtful, and kind of spooky and lonely too. We had some rain here in CA last week too, but just a few hours :( our poor crops!!

What a lovely comment you left, thank you :-)

I absolutely ADORE that photo! Everything about it, the leaves on the grass, the trees, the bench on its own, just gorgeous!

I have a bench in a beautiful place too, quite similar to that. I'll take a photo on friday when I go there. It's a beautiful place to sit and think, I should have gone there for todays photo but you know, busy busy!

In what time zone are you in? We might be in the same zone(PDT?) coz I always get to the challenge after everyone has gone so it seems. LOL!
